As a brand fully focused on tailor-made, personal and connected travel, we aimed to take the Destinology proposition digital, delivering an unparalleled and immersive customer experience. To set users dreaming, a unique experience and truly personalised service was designed to help users every step of the way.

Working alongside senior UX and UI designers with a main focus on improving conversion through usability research; an improved UI on pages and elements across the digital platform were prioritised. This included an engaging and interactive showcase of holidays through a clinical and minimal design, allowing the content to do the work. Only utilising imagery to harness our storytelling and provide visual impact. This included a dynamic and agile interface with clear and crisp modules to allow our destinations do the talking.

A mobile first approach.

The mobile experience Destinology was providing was way below standard, and given that 48% of their traffic was from mobile, we had to address this directly by building a truly mobile and accessible world of content. An ultimately accessible digital experience.
